Re: What If Questions. What if: The government legislated solely by taxation, ie, instead of passing rules it just determined the tax rate applied to a particular activity. Gambling taxed at rate x, drug use taxed at rate y, prostitution taxed at rate z: You know, the same way Washington politics are handled, this activity costs you this many votes…What if Larry Kudlow and Rick Santelli had a baby, would it try to eat them as they slept?…What if wishes were camels? (who would ride, besides you of course)…What if insurance companies were all made non-profit?…What if the first thing Rand Paul is right about is Aqua-Buddha?…What if there was a standardized world currency (non-commodity) not dependant on the viability of any nation?…What if there was world peace: would commodity markets decline from lack of volatility?…What if we beat our swords into plowshares? Would there be enough land for all of us to farm?…What if the Tea Party is the oligopoly’s stalking horse? What if it isn’t? Should a test of political literacy be applied to registration?
